Blend Presentation
It contains about 50% chardonnay, 35% pinot noir and 15% pinot meunier. Approximatively 10% of champagne pinot noir red wine from Les Ricey and Verzenay, matured with the solera method, add great aromatic complexity. Reserve wines, which constitute about 15% in the blend, bring consistency over the years.
After 2 years minimum of aging in bottle in our cellars, it shows its complex fruity potential.
