Composed of an original blend of wines coming 70% from the Montagne de Reims supplemented with contributions from the Côte des Bar, this champagne has a lovely honeyed character on the nose. The mouth reveals fine bubbles. Chalky finish with a slight bitterness. To drink as an aperitif.
